Indigo Coffee Co. started in 2018 as a passion project between two friends who wanted to roast coffee that actually tasted like the places it came from. What began as experiments in a Hauppauge apartment quickly grew into a small roastery dedicated to balance, craftsmanship, and community.
Today, our mission remains simple: bring people together over better coffee — ethically sourced, small-batch roasted, and brewed with care.
